During a 20-year
quest to be pain free after a motorcycle accident that nearly took my
life I was introduced to many modalities of bodywork. For me, nothing
provided more than temporary relief until I was
introduced to the Meridian Flexibility System by an Austin based
Pilates Instructor. After doing my first self stretch I read Bob
Cooley’s book, “The Genius of Flexibility”, and
immediately knew that I had found the answer. The 16 self-stretches
outlined in the book continues to transform my life.
All RFST training is lead by Bob Cooley
at Studio16 in Boston. My clientele include
dads,moms,grandparents,families,business executives,
professional athletes,musicians and anyone wanting a pain management
program
that works. FULL BODY STRETCH provides RFST training programs and
services across the US. "Love Snow, Will Travel"
Prior to founding FULL BODY STRETCH in Austin,Texas I worked
as an Administrative Professional Chef for over 20 years with great
success in multi-million dollar corporate dining, catering, and retail
specialty food operations. Additionally, my passion for technology and
computers, led to a successful career in the education industry,
integrating technology into curriculum for everyday use from pre Y2K to
present.

delivered to you.
Step 2 - Simply try each one of the 16 stretches over any period of
time
you're comfortable to do so.
Step 3 - Call me and we can talk about what you would like to acheive
from (RFST) Resistance Flexibility and Stregth Training and we can
communicate about your present (ROM) Range of Motion (ROP) Range of
Pain,
general goals and plan of action to acheive your goals using RFST.
